In the Energy Center Attunement and Blessings meditations we tune into, attune, and bless the primary energy centers that manage the ecosystem of your mind and body.

​Energy Center Attunement and Blessings meditations are said to help create balance, harmony, and health in your life. Some say that consistent practice can change your body and mind, especially if you're struggling with emotional or health problems.

When and where are these guided sessions provided?

All sessions in this series are provided live online. Upon registration, and prior to the session, you will receive preparation instructions and a link to the online group platform.

Sessions will be the 2nd and 4th *Wednesday, at 1 pm, EST, each month beginning January 8, 2025. (*Except on holidays. IT&C reserves the right to modify times, days, and dates as needed.)
