Sound Therapy and Gentle Movement
What are Sound Therapy and Gentle Movement?

Sound Therapy and Gentle Movement classes combine body awareness (Somatic) movement with one-syllable sounds (Bija Mantras) or toning to active the body's primary energy centers creating a synchronistic relationship between mind, body, and spirit that allows the natural flow of life-force energy.

This exercise is beneficial when practiced regularly, and includes, but is not limited to: reduced stress and anxiety, improved posture and balance, pain relief, improved emotional awareness, healing from trauma, increased awareness of mind and body, and improved focus.

It is a calming mind-body sound meditation combined with gentle physical, somatic movement activating your energy centers. It's a great opportunity to try out our approach to releasing through this sound and movement practice and tuning into the wisdom of your body.

Class availability, dates, times, and locations are provided in the flyer(s) below.
