What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing, and meditation to improve the mind and body. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means "to join" or "to unite".
Yoga's origins can be traced back to northern India over 5,000 years ago. It started as a spiritual practice, but today it's popular as a way to promote physical and mental health.

All classes are $17/person per class, except for the free yoga classes provided on Mondays at 5 pm.
