Body-Wise™ is a somatic approach to body-mind connection, well-being, mindfulness, and meditation. You'll learn the benefits of the method of tapping into the body's wisdom and neuro-sympathetic systems, its practical application with a guided session, and how to "listen" to the body and its energy centers of your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical being for health and wellness. The practice of this modality deepens your sense of self-awareness, decision-making, and mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being. It is the *precursor to being able to delve deeply and from an enhanced broader perspective through the *Soul-Wise Integrative Method.

In the Body-Wise™ method, you learn how to sense the energy of each center, or chakra, to become familiar with the sensation of each center and any energy patterns associated with each area that correlate to the body, mind, and emotions. This practice blends science-backed behavioral health methods for the body-mind coherence process, with practical exercises in spiritual attunement and alignment that aid in allowing for greater clarity for deeper spiritual practices, self-healing, and knowing the body's somatic or "felt sense" messages of your energy patterns and nervous system.

 

Some examples of clients that have worked with Josephine and applied the tools she teaches have healed from insulin-dependent diabetes, habitual negativity, depression, anxiety, decreased and healed infant seizures (treated by her and training the parents in the process), to name a few.

To best prepare have a quiet place where you may lay, or partially recline comfortably without disruptions. Have a headset to clearly hear being guided through an online session. Dress comfortably. Have a glass of water nearby and a journal.

Being open, receptive, and having a genuine desire to know yourself will enhance the quality of your experience. Results vary and are not guaranteed as it is individualized. Your facilitator is held free of any liability, as you must take full responsibility for your own well-being. During the process, it may cause a release of mental, physical, or emotional blocks that arise in the form of strong emotions, or old memories that temporarily arise to be recognized and processed.

Guest Speaking Presentation (Group Event) Rates:

A Guest Speaking Presentation is 2 to 3 hours, depending upon the size of the group.  A Presentation provides the basis of the Body-Wise™ integrative approach, a guided exercise for practical experience, time to journal, and a final Q&A. 4-Part Workshop Series Rate:

A 4-Part Workshop Series is 1.5 hours per session.  A 4-Part Workshop Series provides four classes over the course of four weeks with the following:

 

  1. The basis of the Body-Wise™ integrative approach, discussion, sensory and vagus nerve exercises, a brief guided session, Q&A, a short guided exercise for practical experience, time to journal,  home assignment, and a final Q&A.

  2. Review of the home assignments, discussion, Q&A, a longer guided exercise for practical experience, time to journal, and added home assignments.

  3. Review of personal experiences from home assignments, discussion, Q&A, entire guided exercise for practical experience, time to journal, and review the journaling process.

  4. Review of personal experiences, discussion, final Q&A, full guided integrative exercise, journaling, and bonus practice.

Group Session Package

Description:
