Keynote Speaker and Facilitator

As an Integrative Reiki Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Coach, Josephine's personal experience and training with Trauma & Memory: Somatic Experiencing® Skills, and Somatic Toolkit for Healing Emotional & Relational Trauma, combining energy work, will guide how to become aware of, sense, and feel the energy variance within your body's energy field, and energy centers.

Through practical exercises and group interaction, you will discover how the energy patterns of beliefs may be felt in the body's energy centers (Chakras) and the electromagnetic energy field (aura). You will also learn how to move the energy patterns that no longer resonate with you and your current desires and goals most effectively in the 'bottom-up' approach to releasing old patterns.

This is a talk and interactive demonstration (group participation) of the Body-Wise™ integrative method of meditation and visualization. There will be time to journal and take notes and a final Q&A. There may be references to subjects in her book, "HSP - Empathic and Empowered", with the option of a book signing at closing.

Medical research estimates as much as 90% of illnesses and diseases are stress-related. Stress can interfere with your physical functioning and bodily processes. Our emotions are energy in motion. When we find ways to limit the energy [prana; life-force] from moving

 through our body, we unintentionally store energy patterns that repeat a triggering emotional-response pattern in our cells - thus the body, affecting how it functions mentally and physically.

As a Natural Health Consultant, practitioner of mindfulness, meditation, implementation of somatic skills, and Josephine's personal experiences, practical tools, and applications will be provided with a holistic approach to improving mental and emotional health, incorporated with our common understanding of physical care and wellness practices.

A 4-Part Workshop Series provides four classes over the course of four weeks with progressive exercises in the Body-Wise™ integrative approach, journaling, Q&A, home assignments, and guided sessions.

You'll learn the benefits of the method of tapping into the body's wisdom and energy centers, its practical application with guided sessions, and how to "listen and feel" the body and its energy centers of your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical being for health and wellness.

There are break-out exercises, discussions related to natural law, being highly sensitive, affirmative self-talk, and opportunities for book purchase and signing.
